How we work
Programs run the engines and store the answers; people write the questions, read every answer and write the diagnosis. The report names who ran it. If we cannot see a cause we can fix, the report says so — the method page lists what we promise and what we do not.
We use the same check on ourselves. Our own baseline is run before launch and published on this site, with the date, so the first case we show is the one we cannot walk away from.
